We are part of the Espresso Service Group, which began back in 1987. Since the very beginning, our philosophy has always begun with helping our customers serve the perfect cup of coffee.
The recent pandemic has seen people’s behaviours change as they have sought to recreate their own personal coffee experience at home. We want to be able to offer our services to you in your home at your convenience.
We have engineers based throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland and have a proven track record of repairing multiple different types of equipment. we believe that it's better to repair and not replace equipment wherever possible.
We understand you need to keep coffee flowing and minimise any downtime of your equipment.
Our engineers carry the most comprehensive stock of parts on their vans to help them ensure we always leave with your equipment working, whenever we can.
Our White Glove Service
You deserve the best experience with your sage coffee machine and that begins with having your machine installed and commissioned by an expert. We would gladly send one of our team to your home to install and finely tune your coffee machine and set you on the right path to coffee excellence.
Included in your visit will be:
1. SET UP Set-Up Installation of your sage equipment
2.TUNE Ensuring your grinder is tuned to the machine to give the right grind size and dose volumes for your chosen beans
3.TALK Demonstrate the cleaning process and tools
4.MAKE Show your how to make a few espresso-based drinks and share a coffee with you ~ you might need to get some extra milk!!
5.RECYCLE We will remove all of your old packing and boxes and recycle them, Leaving you with no mess to clear up.
